Clear team members provided complete Owner Representation and Project Management Services of this award winning 150,000 SF LEED Gold non-profit headquarters building for the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). This project was originally planned as a renovation/expansion of the ASHA’s then current 1970’s era building. After a thorough examination and a detailed cost benefit analysis, it was determined a new building would best fulfill the needs of ASHA members and be a better financially viable option. Clear staff managed all aspects of the project, including rezoning and site plan administration, base building design/construction, interior space design/construction, and related specialized building requirements.
