The Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers (AAM) is an association that includes 12 vehicle manufacturers representing 77% of all car and light truck sales in the United States. AAM chose a historic building in Chinatown with exposed brick reminiscent of auto manufacturing plants for their new space. The association occupies 3 floors of the building, connected by a communicating stair. The project boasts a conference center and roof deck for entertaining members. The project was delivered in June of 2013. This project was completed by Clear staff formerly with AtSite, Inc.
