Mark moved to Washington D.C. from his hometown of Annapolis, Maryland, in the late 1970’s and has maintained strategic relationships within the Mid-Atlantic region ever since. He leverages long-term, tested and significant connections with local commercial real estate brokers, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and other consultants to the strategic benefit of our clients. Mark has a pulse on who is performing at the highest level and knows which partners will help our clients and contribute to the successful delivery of their real estate needs.
Kathy has over 25 years of architectural, development, and construction management experience in the Washington, DC metropolitan area managing projects of all types including office, educational, religious, retail, and mixed-use. Kathy is a licensed Architect and earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas. She provides her clients with a full range of experience including project definition and programming, architectural design review, schedule, budget and fee development, consultant management, administration of contracts, and project closeout. As owner representative, Kathy is responsible for guiding the team with a focus on the client’s vision to ensure success in planning, design, and construction of the project.
Laura has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Laura studied Architectural Design at the University of Virginia and Real Estate Development at Johns Hopkins University. As a development manager and general contractor, Laura has managed projects of all types including office, educational, theater, religious, multi-family, retail, hotel, special needs, and mixed-use. Laura provides her clients with a full range of commercial real estate expertise, including feasibility, financial, design and construction management. At Clear, Laura focuses on development management of base building projects.
Henry has over eleven years of experience in the commercial construction and real estate industry in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Henry’s past experience at the field, subcontracting, general contracting, and owner/tenant representation levels allow him to bring a broad depth of knowledge of the construction industry to all of the various projects he manages. His broad experience background allows him to manage projects of all different types and sizes such as office interiors, educational, retail, special needs, SCIF, GSA build outs, laboratory, healthcare, childcare, warehouse/flex spaces, and datacenter facilities.
Paloma is a highly creative and motivated designer & project management professional with seven years of experience in planning, design and construction management. Paloma has a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and is currently on the path to licensure. As a project manager at Clear Real Estate, Paloma consistently achieves goals within critical project deadlines ranging in different project types such as corporate interiors, retail, special needs, GSA buildouts, educational and mixed-use. She leverages an eye for detail, ensuring success and quality. Paloma confidently leads internal and external teams to establish lasting, profitable and strategic partnerships. Paloma is also very involve with the design community as part of the founding members of AIA's DC newest committee LA.IDEA, Latin American Interior Designers, Engineers and Architects; where she is the Director of Community Outreach.
Robert has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry working on a wide range of product types including ground-up class A commercial office buildings, corporate interiors, ground-up select service hotels, multifamily development projects, ground-up self-storage facilities, pure retail assets, and historic renovations. Robert has been directly responsible or involved with the entire real estate lifecycle including due diligence, site selection, underwriting, entitlements, design, construction, and asset management. He has led project teams including attorneys, architects, engineers, specialty consultants, general contractors and property managers with successful planning, execution, and delivery of these development projects.
Dianne has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in the Washington DC and Chicago areas, as well as experience on notable international projects in Asia and in Europe. Dianne is from the DC area and earned her Masters in Architecture from the University of Illinois in Chicago as well as an Associates in Applied Science degree from the New York School of Interior Design. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked for several distinguished architecture firms including Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Gensler on interior design, base building, and urban planning projects, and lead teams on many building types including mixed-use, office, multi-family residential, hotel, government, institutional, educational, and religious. She has lived abroad in both China and Switzerland.
