Clear provided complete Owner’s Representation and Project Management Services of a 100,000 SF LEED Gold headquarters building for National Industries for the Blind, located in Alexandria, Virginia.
Clear staff managed all aspects of the project, including rezoning, and site plan administration, base building design/construction, interior space design/construction, and related specialized building requirements.
The project is fully tenanted with Kaiser Permanente executing a long term lease to occupy approximately 40,000 SF of space. Clear assisted with the lease negotiations, approvals with the City and oversite of the construction for the landlord.
The project delivered in the fourth quarter of 2018.
