Total Wine & More is America’s Wine Superstore – the country’s largest independent retailer of fine wine. Clear Real Estate was retained by Total Wine to serve as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager and to carry out the daily administration of the Project which was to relocate their Store Support Center to Bethesda, Maryland. The goal was to create a more modern efficient work place and accommodate Total Wine’s future growth. The project grew from a 53,000 SF to a 105,000 SF commercial interiors project and delivered in September 2015.
