WilmerHale is an international law firm that represents major, high-profile corporations. WilmerHale is relocating to a to-be-built trophy office building at 2100 Pennsylvania Avenue, in North West Washington, DC. The client will be designing a new modern workspace, including modern food service areas for their clients, partners, associates, and staff, communicating stair, and an exclusive terrace.
Clear Real Estate Services has been retained by WilmerHale to serve as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager to not only carry out the daily administration of the project but to also facilitate effective communication between the Project team members, general contractors, and sub-contractors. The project is an approximately 300,000 square foot design, construction, and relocation of their Headquarters.
The project was successfully delivered in 2022.
