Kirkland is relocating to a to-be-built trophy office building at 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, in North West Washington, DC. The client will be designing a new modern work space, including modern food service areas for their clients, partners, associates and staff, communicating stair and an exclusive terrace. Clear Real Estate Services has been retained by Kirkland & Ellis to serve as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager to not only carry out the daily administration of the Project, but to also facilitate effective communication between the Project team members, general contractors, and sub-contractors. The project is an approximately 185,000 square foot design, construction and relocation of their Headquarters. The project is scheduled to deliver in 2019.
