Clear is providing Owner Representation Services for St. Thomas’ Parish located in Washington, DC. The project is currently in the entitlement and zoning phase, delivery is set for 2018. Clear is overseeing the project, including the rezoning and site plan administration, base building design/construction, interior space design/construction, and related specialized building requirements.
