Moore helped transform a years-vacant building into a new corporate headquarters for one of America’s best-known brands.” Clear staff provided Development Management services including the management of the Arlington County Entitlement Process and overall design for Monday Properties in 2008. Currently Clear is serving as the Landlord’s representative for the oversight of the Nestle HQ project and Owner’s representative for the building Conference and Fitness Facility.
