Clear Real Estate Services was retained by AARP to serve as the Owner’s Representative for the launch of their new fitness concept, Oak Health Club. OAK was envisioned to fill a void in the fitness industry and provide a personalized wellness experience, this first location opened on May 8 in Ashburn, Va.
The fitness center features a modern design filled with natural elements and spa inspired finishes. Designed with zones to feature innovative fitness equipment, an expansive green space, a café, and an in-house spa offering cryotherapy and infrared saunas, with 29,000 square feet of combined indoor and dedicated outdoor space.
