The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) is the trade association of the video game industry in the United States. ESA engages in a number of important partnerships that demonstrate and advance entertainment software’s positive impact on areas of daily life such as education, health and the workplace. The association represents industry leaders across the nation and on the global scale. Clear provided Owner Representative and Project Management services for the design and construction of ESA’s new commercial interior office space located in Washington, DC. Among the many upgrades, the new headquarters houses an interactive wall display, gaming museum and an entry tunnel that will make visitors feel like they are immersed in a larger than life videogame. The project is approximately 17,400 SF and was delivered in September of 2016.
OTJ Architects have designed the offices of the Entertainment Software Association, located in Washington D.C. Entertainment Software Association (ESA) is the trade association dedicated to serving interactive entertainment software publishing companies. The main goal was to provide a technologically advanced showcase space that represents ESA’s brand and membership.
