1812 N. Moore is a trophy office building in Rosslyn, VA. The lounge and conference center on the 22 Floor was designed as an amenity space for all tenants in the building. The conference center has over 18,000 SF of flexible meeting and event space with full catering kitchen and wet bar for corporate meetings, conferences, receptions and events with unmatched views of Washington, DC.
Clear served as the Owner’s Representative for Monday Properties and provided Project Management services for the design and construction of the new conference center located in Arlington, VA.
The project was delivered in April 2020.
