Clear team members provided complete Owner Representation and Project Management Services of this award winning, 100,000 SF LEED Platinum headquarters building for the American Society of Hematology located in Washington, DC.
Base building work included overseeing the acquisition, financing, building repositioning, including HVAC replacement, enhanced security systems and parking garage improvements.
Interiors work included the full build-out of the ASH headquarters on floors 6-10. Clear staff managed full project services including lease review and negotiation, design and construction management, furniture procurement and move services.
